You must not use the service to engage in unfair competitive practices, price manipulation, or any activity that violates marketplace policies. You are solely responsible for pricing decisions made based on FoxPrice data.
FoxPrice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Price monitoring data is sourced from public marketplace listings and may experience delays. AI-generated pricing recommendations are advisory only and should be reviewed before acting. Features, pricing, and supported platforms may change with prior notice.
FOX Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FoxPrice. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes any impact on sales, margins, or marketplace positioning resulting from pricing decisions made based on FoxPrice data or recommendations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Free tier users may discontinue use at any time without notice.
Your marketplace data is accessed through official OAuth integrations and is used solely to provide the FoxPrice service. Competitor price data is collected from publicly available marketplace listings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
