We collect: marketplace account identifiers (via OAuth), product and pricing data from your connected stores, competitor price data from public marketplace listings, and basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not collect passwords, financial data, or personal documents. Analytics are collected via Plausible (cookie-free, GDPR/LGPD compliant).
Your data is used exclusively to provide the FoxPrice service: monitoring competitor prices on supported marketplaces, generating price alerts, maintaining price history charts, and providing AI-powered pricing recommendations. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data may be processed by: marketplace APIs (to read your product catalog and competitor listings), AI model providers (anonymized pricing data for recommendations), and payment processors (Stripe, for billing only).
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with Fernet (AES-128-CBC). Price history data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, account data is deleted within 30 days.
Under Brazilian law (LGPD), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, revoke consent at any time, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
